It is phony. The spill is not all BP. Transocean OWNS the Rig, and all employees work for Transocean. Transocean was a US company until it bought Global SantaFe in 2006, and is now based in Geneva. The OIM (captain) of the Deepwater Horizon is the main fault for the incident. He knew it was an at risk behavior to allow the BP solution to proceed and chose to cave in to the BP Company Man. Media made the incident 50 times worse than it was. Obama response was as ignorant as his Energy Secretary, which is hugely ignorant. NO one in the administration had the foggiest idea where to start solving the problem (which by the way, they had no expertise to use). The administration fabricated their response on bad data and gave it to the media... so who DIDN'T do their research... THE MEDIA, stupid.
