We're a unique grassroots website still in the process of growing and expanding with many features specifically designed for liberal politics in the U.S. Our main features are a discussion forum as well as user contributed "lists" that track and organize various political information.

Discussion Forums - What Makes Our Forums Stand Out

Smart Hierarchy - Makes it Easier to Find New Threads to Read or Reply to

When you select to create a new forum thread and select a categpry, that new thread also appear in every page in the hierarchy above it as shown by the examples below. The website is organized into different sections and hierarchies so a post on Michele Bachmann's beliefs on gay rights and their impact on the elections would appear on the forum page for Michele Bachmann as well as House Republicans, All Republicans in Congress, All Democrats & Republicans in Congress, All Republican Politicians and All Conservatives.

Multiple Forum Categories to "tag" your new thread to

When you select to create a new forum thread, you can select multiple categories it will appear under rather than having to choose from only one. As an example, using the same post on Michele Bachmann, you could select that it pertains to the 2012 Elections and gay rights. So the post could be viewed under the elections section under 2012 Presidential Election Republican Primary, 2012 Presidential Election and All 2012 Elections And since the new thread also is about gay rights, there is a forum for political issues such as gay rights which is the subset of the larger Civil & Human Rights Forum which is also the subset of the forum for All Political Issues Forum

Advanced Future User Moderation System

Politics can be contentious and emotional and therefore a smart & flexible user moderation system is in development to make suspending or banning user accounts due to forum violations as fair as possible. This will include an "arbitration" phase where a flagged user, moderators and other members can make the case and eventually vote for an account to be banned or reinstated. A paper trail will be included with everything done in the open.

Lists that Track the Good and Bad in Politics
Our most unique feature is that we have built an architecture that allows for everything in politics to be tracked, searched & organized into effective lists to help make political statements or win political arguments.

Always Updated - Our Lists are Designed to be Current

Bloggers often create lists to track many things in politics such as Republican Scandals, Obama's Accomplishments, Sarah Palin Lies, Republican Sex Scandals, Ignorant Things Michele Bachmann said, etc.. etc... The problem is that as soon as the blog post is authored, the list is immediately out of date. Unless the blogger constantly goes back and edits their post which rarely happens. As an example, we have a feature that tracks Republican Scandals. As soon as a new scandal develops, it can be added to the website. Similarly, we have a page to track all conservative divorces and affairs. This is useful when a conservative is making family values type arguments. Various bloggers and websites have documented divorces and affairs over time but we plan to eventually be the complete and always updated list on divorces and affairs. Another example is positives for Democrats such as an Obama Accomplishments list. When you link to it and people click on it, this page eventually by design would always have current information.

Sortable - Our lists can be sortable by various categories

Take the Obama Accomplishments list example above. You can choose to view the list in mutiple different forms. So you can choose which display you prefer when sharing the link with someone such as the Full View, Long, Summary or Short. Additionally, for accomplishments, you may choose All Accomplishments, Liberal Accomplishments, Bipartisan Accomplishments or Nonpartisan Accomplishments. Allowing the information to be sorted makes it more effective in making a specific point\argument. If you want to show that Obama has done a lot of stuff good for liberals you can choose to send a list of just that. Or, if you want to show a conservative all the non partisan accomplishments he has done such as getting bin Laden you can specific that specifically too.
