Summary of Positives: Puts in place comprehensive health insurance reforms that will lower health care premium costs, provide more competition in the private health insurance market, guarantee more health care choices, provide coverage for millions of currently uninsured Americans, end discrimination against Americans with pre-existing conditions, cut waste, fraud and abuse, and overall reduce the long term federal budget deficit.
